Hello hello!
Today I'm sharing with you my second biggest fashion no-no (being the first Crocs ...) , I'm talking about Uggs.
I just don't understand why would anybody want their feet completely disfigured with these boots, and don't tell me "oh but they're so comfortable ...". No, there are a lot of boots that are super warm and cozy and a lot more elegant.
Hoje venho partilhar com vocês o meu segundo ódio de estimação (sendo o primeiro Crocs ...), as botas Ugg.
Não compreendo porque é que alguém quer ter o seus pés completamente desfigurados com estas botas, e não se desculpem com o suposto conforto por favor, existem imensas botas super quentinhas e cómodas e muito mais elegantes.
I know that many of you like Uggs (since they're in EVERYBODY'S FEET!), however I can't help telling you how horrible I find them .
Whenever I'm buying something (whether it is clothes, or house decor, or even art material or books), I like to enjoy its design, a thing that these boots do not have at all.
I care a lot about esthetics , that's true, I like being around beautiful things, but I believe that the reason that I really don't like these boots is not just because
they're fucking ugly, is because it increases the volume in people's feet making their silhouette a hot mess ... It has no shape whatsoever!
Sei que muitos de vocês gostam das Ugg (visto que andam nos pés de TODA A GENTE!), no entanto não consigo deixar de expressar o quão horríveis as acho.
Quando compro o que quer que seja (desde roupa, a decoração para casa, até material de pintura e livros) gosto de apreciar o seu design, coisa que estas botas não têm de todo.
Ligo muito á estética, é verdade, pois gosto de me rodear de coisas bonitas, mas creio que este meu choque com as Ugg ultrapassa isso, não só não gosto delas porque são feias "comó caraças", não gosto delas porque aumenta desproporcionalmente o volume dos pés e torna a silhueta de uma pessoa numa confusão de volumetrias. Não tem qualquer tipo de forma.
However, this is my opinion, and since I'm not a professional the only thing I can say to you is : wear whatever you want ... just don't expect me to say you look fabulous if you're wearing these Satan's shoes!
No entanto, isto é a minha opinião, e não sendo profissional nenhuma, só tenho apenas uma dica : usem o que bem vos apetecer.. não estejam é á espera que vos diga que estão fabulosos se estiverem a usar estas botas de Satanás!
